- A call and email welcoming them to your brand and providing all relevant details upon provisioning.
- Contact when installation is completed and notifications of any outstanding issues.
- Further contact upon first bill to ensure everything is understood and all services are to your customers’ satisfaction.
- Warm touch calls after 6 months to keep them aware of your brand and ensure they are happy with the services.
- Ongoing marketing programs on your behalf – keeping your brand front of mind.
