BTB is a progressive, fast growing wholesale telecommunications company, servicing retail service providers, handling their billing, provisioning, customer service, technical and debt collection services.
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Helpdesk / Technical Support person to join our growing team.

- Troubleshooting data and IP based products with customers.
- Configuration of routers, networks, firewalls, cloud PBX and other IP based systems.
- Training of partners.
- Hours of work will consist of 8 hour shifts ranging from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Key Attributes Required
- Successful candidates will have a background in a Telecommunications Level 2 IT Helpdesk role, with a general knowledge of telecommunications products and services such as voice, mobile phones, PSTN, PBX, DSL, NBN, data products, and billing.
- Computers/email – above average knowledge of Windows based Office and web systems required, including the ability to type 60+ words per minute.
- Communication skills – successful candidates will speak articulately and have excellent English writing skills.
- Organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Team oriented with proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Background in IT, or IT related industry would be beneficial in this role.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
