We are seeking a junior customer service attendant to join our growing team. No specific telecommunications experience required - full training is provided with the job.  This is a huge opportunity to launch your career!

Think of this opportunity as an apprenticeship in Telecommunications.

Starting as a Junior Customer Service officer in our team, you will be taught everything about being an amazing Customer Service Officer in the Telecommunications industry.  From there opportunities exist to progress into several areas of the business.

General Duties

  • Answering incoming calls - customer enquiries, complaints and payments.
  • Actioning customer service email dropbox requests.
  • Troubleshooting and logging faults with our suite of Telecommunications products and services.
  • Basic adds/moves/changes to customer accounts.
  • Hours of work will consist of 8-hour shifts ranging from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.

Attributes, Skills and Experience

  • You need to be able to write, read and speak fluent English.
  • You need to be able to type at 40+ words per minute.
  • You need to be a little technical either in – computers, gaming, networks or similar.
